2017 Minor League Review
LHP Anton Kuznetsov, a Russia native, did not allow a run until his 12th appearance of the season, and surrendered just one earned run in 25.2 innings for the GCL Phillies all season (0.36 ERA). It was the lowest ERA of any Phillies minor league pitcher. He struck out 24 batters and walked four, holding opponents to a .184 batting average. A resident of Moscow, the 19-year-old was signed as a international free agent by the Phillies, September 8, 2016, by Claudio Scerrato.
