Rollins, ss; Victorino, cf; Utley, 2b; Howard, 1b; Burrell, lf; Werth, rf; Helms, 3b; Barajas, c; Kendrick, p. (Jim Thome is playing for the White Sox, batting third).

Today’s Schedule
There was a note on the eraser board in the middle of the Phillies clubhouse late yesterday afternoon: “Tomorrow, in uniform, 11:15.”  Yes, it is a.m. and not p.m.  Breakfast awaits anyone in uniform.

At 9 this morning, two uniformed persons were in, Charlie Manuel and pitching coach Rich Dubee.  An hour later, Manuel posted the lineup and Aaron Rowand is being given the day off, at least in the starting lineup.

Tomorrow is a day off.

Numbers
Cole Hamels leads the majors with 104 strikeouts and he’s the first NL nine-game winner . . . Shane Victorino has stolen 17 consecutive bases . . . Phillies are 29-20 since April 21, best record in the NL . . . They are 8-4 this month; last June was the killer (9-18).

College World Series
LHP Joe Savery, the Phillies’ No. l pick in the draft last week, and his Rice teammates are in the College World Series.  Their first game is tomorrow, 2 p.m. on ESPN2, against Louisville.
